TROJ_DIALER.SL

hi,

recently my laptop was detected by TROJ_DIALER.SL from C:\Windows\system32\winsxf32.dll. it scanned by Trend micro product office scan. after i updated the pattern file scan and scan again, the virus still unable to clean up and still detected.the virus cause my laptop always open at anti-virus downloaded page or purchase advertisement page even i have set the default web page and also when i open the internet exporer, it keep on continue pop-up “no dial tone” any solution?? please help!!!

what i have do:-
1.) update pattern file and scan PC
2.) delete the affected file but it will auto create again.
3.) disable the system restore and unplug network cable and scanned.

others than reformat my laptop, do have any ideal to remove the virus???? please help.
