trouble shooting

i am having a laptop using windows vista operating system.
and in my office i am having around 10 systems cannected to a switched ,which are well interconnected.
and i am having a tataindicom internet connection connection which comes through netgear router and links with the d-link switch and from there the internet connection is shared to all the systems.

now i want to access the systems attached to the switch from my laptop .is it possible?if possible how can i ?
