Here’s what I’m trying to do:
I have my Win2K workstation at my remote office setup with two NICs. I want to be able to connect to my company’s VPN with one NIC and reserve the other to communicate over my own LAN and out to the Internet. I can currently connect to the VPN just fine but the bandwidth through the VPN is restricted (or maybe just slow) and I’d like to also connect to my much faster LAN to do big downloads from Oracle, Sun, Redhat, etc.
Is this possible? And if so, is it a firewall or Windows networking config task or both?
The remote VPN is PPTP. I use m0n0wall as a firewall and gateway router at my remote office.
Thanks for any help you can offer
