Two Operating System

I would like to set up my computer so when I turn it on, it will prompt me to choose which operating system I want to use. I would like to have my list as follows.
1. Windows 98
2. Windows 95B
3. Windows 3.11
4. MS-Dos 6.22
Is this possible with four partitions.
Is this possible with one partition but separate folders.
Does the FAT system conflict with the newer and older versions.
