Ugrading workstations..a littlehelp?

I have a client that is using P 133MHZ AND P166 MHz workstations.They have very small HD (1 GB -1.5 GB) 16MB -32-MB RAM.The monitors are going as well.

They are running Office 97/2000, ACCESS, FrontPage, Internet Publisher and Multimedia applications.

They are on average @ 20 mb disk space remaining. I have the task of getting them upgraded but this has to be done on a small budget. 5,0000.00 Now I have decided that perhaps buying off lease product may fit the bill.
PII 300333 or 350, 64MB, 4GB HD, NIC, CD, SOUND, . This is what we need. Anything more would be a strain cash wise and I do not belive it to be neccesary as the specs mentioned will do the trick just fine.
Am I in the ball park with this ?
Any ideas an or suggestions are certainly appreciated.
