Unable to open Outlook Express – MSOERES.DLL

Hi,

First encoutered this problem a few weeks ago. I have tried uninstalling OE through the add remove program, and using the Reg Edit. I have also tried reinstalling with the CD. I think this stems from having to reinstall IE 5 a while back but I have gone up to IE 7 and have not been able to open Outlook Express since.
Does anyone have ideas?
