Unlocking

I have folder access installed on three machines here and all of a sudden they seem to be corrupted. I cannot open any of the locked files even though I have the correct passwords. I cannot uninstall the program as it asks for the password which it won’t accept. Tried to re-install over the program which didn’t work either. Any suggestions – I really need to open a confidential file urgently!
