Update ‘Runtime error 53’ problem!

I get a little grey box popping up when I shutdown/restart my PC saying ‘Update'(Header) ‘Runtime error 53 file not found’. It doesn’t effect my PC badly as far as I can see but bugs the Sh*t out of me! Is there any way to get rid of it or what the hell is it or any way of getting more information on it?
