Upgrading 2000 DC to 2003 which hosts ts licensing for 1 Win 2000 TS

I have a Win 2000 server that is my DC. I have one Win 2000 terminal server. I am planning to upgrade the DC to 2003 but not the Terminal server. Will the upgrade handle the current 2000 cals? Do I have to purchase new licenses for the 2000 terminal server or call the clearing house? I have read many posts and can’t seem to find a definite answer. Any help would be much appreciated.
