2 Democrats – John Kerry & Joseph Biden and 1 Republican – Chuck Hagel stopped over at New Delhi on their way back from Pakistan.
Regarding the Nuclear Deal between USA and India Joseph Biden says the following:

Why does he feel this way? Does he think Bush offered too much to India, and that a Democrat President will not offer the similar benefits? If yes, then is he not acting against his own party’s interest? Or does Chuck Hagel feel the next Republican President will not offer the same benefits? In that case does he think Bush offered too much? If yes, why are they pushing for the deal?
So why are Kerry and Biden pushing Bush’s deal? Are all the politicians from both the parties in all this together?
Is this deal just a way of getting India to oblige NPT via some kind of back door?
The deal seems to be very fishy.
