User opened Outlook and all email have vanished

We are using SBS 2003.This account came and opened the Outlook to find none of her emails.
She has received email as of today but nothing older is in her inbox. Looked in all the other folders as well and the PST file on her local machine.
Any ideas where they may be? Where can I look?
