Users privileges

Dear all,
I am running SBS 2003 with Win Xp pro clients.

I have a couple of users who are Domain Users but have full Admin privileges? I have checked the local privileges on the win xp pro and they do not have local profiles. Has anyone got any ideas on how to update there user privileges?
