Utility that checks DACL inheritance

I’m looking a tool that will scan a fairly large folder hierarchy and tell me what subfolders do not inherit permissions from the parent folder. I’ve looked through the Sysinternals stuff and nothing there seems to fit the bill. Anyone have any suggestions?
