vb code to post pdf files to website

I need a snippet of code to include in a module in one of my access databases that copies pdf files to our website. If someone could give me sometihing on that then I could play around with it to make it work. I really don’t know where to even start. I have a process that prints out several pdf files on a weekly basis. Now I would like to have them automatically be posted to our website.
