vCards from Outlook 2003

When users try to send vCards thru Outlook it comes across as a message not a vCard, but i use Outlook 2007 and send a vCard and it comes across as a vCard. We have just went to exchange 2003 from an outside source handling our email. What the deal maybe format issue in exchange our is outlook issue.
