“View More” link gone from “Discussions” and “Questions”?

There used to be a link at the bottom of the “All Discussions” and “All Questions” pages, something like “View More Discussions / Questions”. Clicking on it would expand the default 15 topics to many more (30?), allowing me to view a couple of hours worth of active topics. Is it gone for good? Am I the only one missing it?

While we’re at it, what qualifies a question or topic as “Hot”?
