Virtual Server 2005 Guest 2 Host networking.

Hiya guys…

I’ve installed VS2005 R2, and I’ve been trying in vain to configure guest to host networking… I’ve installed the loopback adapter, created a virtual network assigning it to utilise the loopback adapter, and then have associated the NIC on my guest OS to use this virtual network… even so, I can’t map drives to host from guest or vice versa. Apparently i’m meant to be able to drag and drop files between the two?! Either way, this also does not work…

Can anyone prevent me from pulling my hair out? I’ve searched the web but have been unable to find clear instructions.
