Virus from Microsoft security imposter

Has anyone run across a virus that comes from an email. The email uses Microsoft logos and copyrights in the message but it uses different names from where it is coming from. It also says to download and install the latest security patch that is attached to the email. My email client is blocking any attachment that has an .exe extension, but I am getting about 30 messages a day. The attachments are install491.exe and Qey.exe. I couldn’t find this on the Microsoft webpage. If anyone has recieved this, what is the best thing to do?
