Visual SourceSafe 6.0

My client wants to know the security features of microsoft visual sourcesafe 6.0. They want logs of all files viewed and downloaded. Is there a way to log users who select directories for mass download (i.e the option ‘Get Latest Version’ on a directory to download all files in that directory)? Does VSS support this feature? Is there a way to setup alerts or notifications that notifies the administrator when this happens?
