Weather Signature Mac OS X ??

How can I have a weather signature with my Mac Mail? One of my cousins has a really cool siganture in every e-mail message they send to me, and I would like to have a weather signature for messages that I send out too. I’ve been searching, but it seems like the weather signatures only work on the PCs?

Any suggestions? Thanks.
