Web Designing & Hosting

Would like anyone to suggest a couple of real professional freelancers who can economically design a website and host it also? I can provide the content, logos and images by Email. Some moving text, animated graphics, few photos may be there and 10-15 pages in all upto 50MB or 100MB space should be okay.
