Could you please provide me with answers to my questions as follows?

1- What are a good web site conditions?

2- How a web site/page can obtain income/profits except than advertising? In other words, if my web site/page is attractive and has a lot of viewer can I receive money for each view from an ISP?

3- Do ISPs pay money to a subscriber who uses their web-base e-mail account and receives a lot of e-mails?

4- Any other advice in this regard from you is highlyappreciated.
