I asked a similar question before and got some good info. I am going to ask again in a different way because I wasn’t clear on what I actually wanted.
I want to register a domain name and have it hosted. It will be just a little personal website nothing fancy, pictures and things of that nature. Most of the registrars I have looked into are geared more towards businesses and want to give you 100 email accounts and all other manner of bells and whistles I do not want or need. Of course they charge accordingly.
Does anyone know of a registrar/hosting company that offers what I am looking for?
Note: I am aware my ISP does provide some free space for personal pages but there are 2 problems. First, I don’t want a 4 mile long URL. Second, I am limited to templates and cannot write my own code, so that isn’t an option I want to explore.
