web hosting provider

I am about to switch providers, due to dismal service with my current provider (forest.net support has been unresponsive for a week). Has anyone here tried Yahoo as a provider? I’ve seen scattered reports pro and con on newsgroups. I don’t use FrontPage, and that seems to be the primary complaint with them.
