Web hosting support for resellers

My company is thinking about becoming a Web site hosting reseller, however we don’t have the technical support staff to help us. I’ve been looking into outsourcing the technical team. I see there are a few companies that offer this assistance, but they are largely based in India. Has anyone had any luck working with outsourced technical support?
