Web hosting with IIS

How can I host my web pages on Internet from Internet Information Server on NT. My web site address is http://patna.sancharnet.in/ayodhya . Now what configuration should be made at NT Sever so that when I connect it to Internet any person or authorised person can access IIS pages on NT by simply typing above URL.
