web page analyzer

Hi all,

I have been asked to create a Web Page Analyzer but have no clue as to go about this, can anyone help.

Project spec:
The web page analyzer should break down the structure and content of a given web page and assess the build quality and content quality from accessibilty, usability and search engine points of view.
