Webmail Hacked :(

Hi All,

The company I work for Webmail was hacked. I have currently disabled it so that it couldnt happen again. Luckily enough the person who hacked it only hacked an account that isnt very important. I was told that he used get commands to do this.

I was wondering if someone could explain to me what the get commands are, how they were used and how I would secure it to stop it happening again.
