Website hosting

Hi folks,

Our company wants to launch two website and we don’t know if we should hire a third party to host them or to host them in-house. One of the websites is just informational and the other one is website with a database behind it that contains sensitive data. Users need to connect to this database and input data.
The IT department of our company has only two people for 200 users.

Any help would be appreciated
