What happened to the software firm, Solution Dynamics?

What ever happened to the software firm Solution Dynamics Inc. who wrote a program called Print-2-Email? I downloaded a trial version & want to purchase it, but it seems they may not be in business. Anyone have any clues where to buy a working copy of their software?
