What is the most useful file manager for my Treo 700p OS5?

What is the most useful file manager for my Palm Treo 700p OS5?
I am looking for a multifunctional program and particularly one that uninstalls programs as well as removes useless files.

any help will be appreciated – I am not a computer guru – just someone that finds them necessary to function.
