What TR needs

Is a Golden Thumb for the best, or snarkiest, or most helpful comment in Discussions.

The Thumb should not be taken lightly. It should be taken to a Supreme Court of TR, awarded only from time to time.

Some of the stuff I see here should be enshrined.
