Where did the CASH FOR CLUNKERS go wrong

THis program is sadly misdirected. The rebates should be for American made cars ONLY. Yes, it has helped a lot of dealers but the vast majority of cars sold have been imports. This is American taxpayers money and should not be going to foreighn automakers.
