Where to post tech jobs?

Hi,
I am working in HR and my company has several great technical positions to fill. I am not going to post them on your forum because I don’t want to be a spammer but I would be interested to know if some of you know of a good board to post. We already posted them on Monster, Dice and Career builder to no avail.
