Which way do I go now I am lost. help???

I am just wondering if anyone has advice for a newcomer to the IT industry. I have my Mcse for 4.0 track. Should I continue with Microsoft certifications are should I explore other Certifications such as Cisco, Linux etc. I found a job making good money but I found out I did not know as much as I thought I knew. Which has really humbled me to learn as much as possible. This is my first year having a fulltime job as and IT professional. How many years experience do you need to succed in this business. Also what other ventures and avenues should I take to have a prospers career.
