Which webhosting provider do you use

Are there any good web hosting providers out there? I’m sure there are but who are they. Every review site has a different set of hosting companies that they rank “top 10”. Are they being paid? Additionally, many sites are ranked based on how cheap they are first, how about ranking focus to be on quality? Can anyone recommend a good web hosting provider?
