While joining any host(winxp) to domain i am receiving the error

if you required detail mail your id so i can send the jpg attachement for the same error.
While joining to any host to domain when i am providing the domain name as mptswada.com that time the above error showing, instead if I provide only MPTSWADA then its ask for administrator username and password to join in domain.
pls give me the solution to solve this error and without this error i may can join our host to domain.
