Why does Symantec Ghostcast Server 11 stop accepting clients at 11?

I am attempting to Ghostcast 20 computers at once using Symantec Ghost 11. I have tried to ghostcast less computers, but no matter how many or how few computers I boot into the Ghostcast session, only the first eleven (11) are accepted. Any ideas?
