Why does this publisher advertise free stuff then we find out it not!

I guess free is not clear when you say free!
Free might mean trial or restricted feature set or partially working ….
Or does it mean I am free to down load it then free to remove the crap.

I guess we need to coin a new word for free as somehow the industry has twisted free to mean something else.
