Why I can’t access to my web server hosted website via my ISA connection ??

I have a ISA server, my pc was connect to internet via ISA. On others hand I do have a Web Server to host my own website. The problem is if I access my website via publiced address the ISA will block my transaction, I just only can access to my website via local IP or name only. Why? Anyone can help me on this???
