win 2k professional . can I use RDP5.2 with it and do file transfer.

I have got a windows 2000 professional workstation at place A and another one at place B

Now I want to RDP and transfer some files from workstation_A to pace workstation_B

Can I install RDP 5.2 at both sides and do RDP and file transfer?

Do I require paying for the RDP client? Any license issues in this?
