Win 7 users with hosted Exchange seeing 1 hour time difference

On this small network, I have 5 users with Windows 7 and 8 with XP, all using the same hosted Outlook Exchange 2010. The Server 2003 is the time standard for all, yet Windows 7 units show 1 hour time difference on all mail in and out. This is not a DST issue. The server time is correct and the time zone is correct. Any ideas? Microsoft forums come up blank.
