Win 98SE as a dial in host

I have a Win98SE machine on a small office network (MS File & Printsharing, TCP/IP, & DSL) I want to be able to dial in from my home computer and access the small network File & print sharing and the DSL connection. Can I do this within Win98SE or is there a simple low cost program that will let me do this?
