Win2000 Fax service

Can I repair or re-install the fax service?

Lately the status monitor does not come up with an incomming fax. I have checked that the option ‘Display the status monitor’ is checked but still it will not work. Orginally it did! Please help

Secondly despite setting up an e-mail profile I have never been able to get it to save to local in-box
