Windows 2000 “Status Code 128” Ghost 7.5

I am creating a Win2k image using ghost 7.5, finish building the image, sysprep it, ghost it up to a server, burn it down to another machine, idetnical hardware. Join the domain, and login as a user and receive the following:
“System shutdown initiated by nt \ authority, your system will shutdown in X minutes.
c:\winnt\system32\services terminiated unexpectedly and the system will restart, status code 128”
