Windows 2000 User Profile

I have installed Windows 2000 in our Lab. After installation of all the software when i try to log in to the standard user account, it shows the error msg “User Profile couldn’t be loaded. Contact ur network administrator”. But i can log in to the administrator user account. What may be problem? What is the solution for this problem?
