Windows 2003 R2 Version Stamp

I installed Windows 2003 R2 to 4 systems a few months ago. I am now being asked what OS is installed and when I review the computer properties, it tells me I have Windows 2003 Standard, SP1 installed. Does anyone know where I can find evidence in this OS that R2 is installed?
