Windows Desktop Search for Windows XP

Hi

Im running Windows XP SP2, Office 2007 and have just installed windwos desktop search.

Using the search function gives me no results when i try to search my emails (indexing is done and its running). I have looked at a couple of MSKB resolutions which have not fixed it.

I also have google desktop installed (was installed prior to WDS). which give me results- but way too many for a quick find.

Could Google desktop be causing the problem. Or should i be able to run both apps simutaniously.
