Windows Macro Windows Automation

We have a number or processes that seem ideal for putting in a Windows macro program such as logging into websites and drilling into a particular section, running database reports that take a lot of set up, cuting and pasting data from one application to another. I’ve downloaded a number of these programs but haven’t found any that work very well. Anyone else found one they like?
