Windows Script Host error

Hello once again! I once visited this website that aparently had a virus in it. Because all these pop-ups popped-up and then my computer screen went dark and then displayed the BSOD. (Blue Screen of Death) I restarted my computer, and ever since then, I recieve the error message

[Can not find script file “C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Temp\.tt.tmp.vbs”.]

And then it displays another BSOD. Only this time it lets me return to Windows. I can use Windows somewhat normally, only alot of the features are gone. Is this a problem with the Windows Script Host? And, if so, is there a way I can fix it?
